FREEDOM OF INFORMATION
How long will it take the Council to respond to a Freedom of Information Request?
When the Council receives a request for information it will be responded to as soon as possible and, in any event, not later than 20 working days after the request is received.
In exceptional circumstances the Council may need to extend this time frame by an additional 20 working days. The applicant will be notified in writing of this and given an indication of when they can expect to receive a final response from the Council.
