Town Clerk And Chief Executives's Department
The Town Clerk and Chief Executive is chief policy and strategy adviser to Council and Chairman of Council's Senior Management Team. As head of the paid service and Chief Finance Officer of Council, he is responsible for implementing Council's decisions and for the efficient, effective and economic utilisation of all human, financial and physical resources in the pursuit of a quality service delivery to the ratepayer. His Department is responsible for corporate policy and planning and initiates and promotes community development and economic development and regeneration.
