The Freedom of Information Act 2000 applies to a range of public authorities which includes Limavady Borough Council. Anyone can request access to information held by the Council subject to a number of exemptions included in the Act.

Limavady Borough Council endeavours to ensure that once approved by Council, these are posted on the relevant section of the website.
