Tenancy deposit protection was introduced and took effect from 1st April 2013 as part of the above Regulations and require all landlords who take a deposit for a private tenancy on or after 1st April 2013 to register the deposit with an approved tenancy deposit scheme.
Since the roll out of the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS) across the Limavady Borough Council area in June 2012 a number of food businesses have not been included in the Scheme as they fall outside its scope, for example primary producers, manufacturing premises, wholesalers and low risk premises, i.e premises which have limited food handling activities.
