The Borough provides excellent opportunities for cycling with the many quiet country roads and the level lands along the Seacoast Road in thenorth of the Borough. More demanding routes exist to the south with the reward of spectacular views of the Sperrins for those brave and fit enough to try. Route 93 of the National Cycle Network passes extensively through the Borough; a map is available from Limavady TIC showing the route from Ballycastle to Ballyshannon. This Network offers routes along primarily quiet country roads. Binevenagh Forest Trail provides a 6-kilometre/3-mile route for cyclists and walkers starting at Aghanloo Road to Leighry Road through Binevenagh Forest. Banagher and the Eagle’sGlen are two short cycling touring routes of the Sperrins that pass through the Borough. These circular routes provide between 14 and 28 miles (22 – 45 km) of way marked trail on country roads.
