Danny Boy Festival 2011

There have been a few changes to this year’s Danny Boy Festival, all of which will make it bigger and better than previous years!

This year the festival will take place over July and August meaning that events will be more spread out and there will be a lot more of them, 14 to be exact all taking place at the Roe Valley Arts and Cultural Centre / Ionad Ealaíon agus Cultúir Ghleann na Ró!

 

Friday 1st July, 7pm

Danny Boy Rocks – Heat 1

Cost: £10 per band entry /  £5 general admission

 

Saturday 2nd July, 8pm

Saturday 9th July, 10.30am - 1.30pm

Weaving for Adults 14+, Maximum 12 places available. Materials are provided.

Downhill Harp Documentary Part 1: Banríon an Cheoil (Queen of Music)

Admission: £3

The Flora and Fauna of the Limavady Borough with Rachel Bain, Biodiversity Officer, Admission is free, however places must be booked in advance.
