Glenshane Community Development Limited currently manages a property base of around 50,000sq.ft. of rentable workspace.

Units range in size from 300sq.ft. to 3000sq.ft. with flexibility for units to be combined if required to meet tenant needs. The units are suitable for both start-up and expanding businesses. Roe Valley Enterprises Ltd (RVE) is the local enterprise agency for the Limavady Borough Council area. The company is a not-for-profit organisation, which works for the benefit of the local community by supporting small business and community enterprise and playing an active part in enterprise development at local, regional and national levels.

Since its inception, the agency has earned the reputation of being a key player in economic and enterprise development within the small business sector in the Limavady area, through the provision of a varied range of services and consultancy.

The agency is staffed by a small team of dedicated personnel who offer a high level of business experience and professional competence. The agency's aim is to develop enterprise within the Limavady Borough Council area through the provision of high quality managed workspace.
