Town Centre Management

For many years our towns have played a pivotal role in our lives. They have fulfilled a variety of commercial, social and cultural needs and 'going to town' has been an occasion to be enjoyed. Now times have changed and with them, the way we live.

The challenges from competing towns, out of town retail parks, and the changing consumer needs are major issues for Limavady, Dungiven and Ballykelly.

The Council is working with the Chamber of Trade to develop new ways of enhancing the town centres in the Borough, and developing a new portfolio of projects for Limavady.
